Westshore Basketball Policies

Performance Uniform Policy 

In order for the family to avoid damage charges, the aforementioned uniform must be returned complete (reversible top and reversible shorts) and in good/clean/dry condition.
Reasonable wear is expected. However, uniforms must be returned in a condition that they can be used the following year.

Uniform issues and conditions that could lead to the need to replace can be, but are not limited to: Rips, Tears, Stains, Abrasions, Discoloration, Missing parts (draw strings), Seam Separation, Melting, Burns, Damage to graphics and any other damage due to abuse and neglect.

The decision to replace the uniform, and therefore charge for damage in the
amount of $100 per item, will be at the discretion of Westshore Basketball directors Brad Lidstone and Curt Spaven.

The uniform remains the property of Westshore Basketball and can be collected at any time. The user, and family, agrees that the uniform will only be worn for Westshore Basketball games. The uniform, in part or whole, will not be worn to practices, workouts, school or any other use that would create extra laundry wear and tear.

The user, and family, agrees to follow all washing instructions for the uniform, in part or whole. Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Hang to dry (air-only fluff, no heat), no liquid fabric softeners, no bleach, DO NOT IRON.

Cancellation Policy 

Credit or refund, less a $25 administration fee, will be given should Westshore Basketball be forced to cancel a program prior to its commencement.

All cancellations prior to program commencement are subject to a $50 administration fee.

No refunds or credits will be given after a program begins unless extenuating circumstances exist, and are subject to Executive discretion. In these cases, credits or refunds will be prorated, less a $50 administration fee.

All credits are non-transferable.

Credits must be redeemed within one calendar year.
